Sherwood Oaks

Sherwood Oaks is a gated retirement community offering custom senior housing and unlimited health care. The Sherwood Oaks retirement community offers three styles of residential living. Each residence carries the name of a tree or flower that is native to Pennsylvania and found on the Sherwood Oaks campus.

Each single-story patio home residence has a front entrance and a private patio in the rear. Covered walkways connect patio homes throughout the campus with garage areas and the Community Center. Many of these sizes and floor plans are currently available: RDC is currently building larger patio homes located on the north end of the campus. When construction is completed , these two and three bedroom residences will offer retirement living with amenities such as fireplaces, great room and an oversized two-car attached garage. Deposits are currently being accepted on both two and three bedroom styles.
