  • 15 day right of rescission has passed

Buyers Confidence Home Contingency Program

Deklewa Home will now accept a 6 month home sale contingency with the following conditions:

  • Buyer completes all home options & selections
  • Buyer signs an Agreement of Sale with a 10% down payment
  • Buyer lists their current home with a Realtor within 5 days of contract signing
  • Realtor keeps Deklewa Home informed as to progress of sale
  • If buyer’s home is not under contract within the 6 month time period, all deposits paid shall be refunded to buyer.
