Howard Hanna Real Estate has announced a new home tax credit for purchasers at the Foxmoor plan in Cranberry.

Deklewa Homes, builder of the plan, is offering an $8,000 incentive to all --not just first time home buyers -- who purchase a townhome at Foxmoor by Aug. 31.

First-time home buyers will be able to combine Deklewa Home's $8,000 incentive along with the federal government's incentive of up to $8,000.

Townhomes at Foxmoor have three or four bedrooms and two-car attached garages. Models are open daily from noon-5 p.m. except for Wednesdays.
